Sytze Pruiksma new endorser for Majestic Concert Percussion
Majestic proudly presents our latest energetic endorser for Majestic Concert percussion, Sytze Pruiksma. Sytze is one of finest and most innovative percussionist you will ever see. He is well known in Europe for his bird whistling compositions and landscape sounds and can even make music with a table tennis balls.
Sytze says, “For along time I was looking for the right instruments and finally I found it in Majestic.” As an innovative multi percussionist, Sytze has different needs and luckily for him, Majestic is very close to his home. Sytze always wants special drums: Just a little bigger or smaller, just a little different. Majestic welcomes these test cases for sound improvements and endurance, and they are a great opportunity to explore new markets.
Sytze talents in composing, exploring new ideas and production results will be showcased in a very special concert that is coming soon. On September 14, 2009 he has the honor of performing his “LAN” production in New York coming for "NY400," a celebration of the 400 year old relationship between Holland and New York. Then, between the 12th and the 20th September, Frysland, the heart of Majestic residence, will take over Governors Island for the “New Island Festival.
