Concert Percussion "LIVE ON STAGE"
A live percussion experience with the finest percussion instruments, the best percussion composers and the latest percussion publications!
To promote the new 2011 concert percussion publications and the new concert percussion instruments, Show & Marching Music and Majestic Percussion decided to join hands. From Spring 2011 we are going to organize an (inter)national concert/workshop tour, in corporation with several well know Dutch percussionists and composers, to introduce the new Show & Marching Music concert percussion publications and the new Majestic concert percussion instruments "Live On Stage”.
A number of well known Dutch percussionists have been asked to write compositions/arrangements with influences of contemporary music, which could be played at a concert of their own percussion ensemble. All these new compositions and arrangements will be published by Show & Marching Music.
We decided to not just put the new music on the market, but to also organize a comprehensive promotion tour. With all composers and percussionists who are cooperating in this project we formed an ensemble. With this percussion ensemble we are going to organize concerts and workshops at different (inter)national Majestic and/or Show & Marching Music dealers.
