Liu Qiping of the China National Symphony Orchestra visits Majestic Holland
Nijehaske–March 23, 2009–This week Majestic Holland was visited by Mr Liu Qiping the Principal Timpanist of the China National Symphony Orchestra. The National Symphony Orchestra is considered the best orchestra in China and has performed in many countries of the world.
Mr Liu Qiping was over to test his new set of timpani,
the Majestic Grand Classic series with Berlin ratchet system. His choice of Majestic
was made after testing several brands. The full sound of our instruments
and smoothness of the pedal system convinced him to choose Majestic. After testing
his new set of timpani with Maarten Smit, Principal Timpanist of The Netherlands
Radio Philharmonic Orchestra and Radio Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra present, Mr Liu
Qiping was even more convinced he had made the right choice.
